Join the Idaho Hockey Foundation Inc.
The Idaho Hockey Foundation is a non-profit organization formed to enhance competitive hockey opportunities for local Idaho players as well as players from around the Country and World. The Idaho Junior Steelheads is the result of an on-going collaboration between the Foundation, the Idaho Steelheads (ECHL), BYAHA – Junior Steelheads, Idaho Ice World, Manchester Ice & Event Centre in McCall and the local hockey community. In addition to bringing a Junior “A” franchise to Idaho, plans are also underway at Idaho Ice World to construct a new locker room, offices, a conference/video room, and additional office training facilities. The Idaho Hockey Foundation is committed to funding these activities. As a non-profit organization, surplus funds will be re-invested in local youth hockey programs each year. Consequently, contributions are tax deductible.
To be a successful franchise in the WSHL, we need community involvement. In addition to financial contributions, we are actively recruiting volunteers to join our Advisory Board and/or Committees. While we are in the early stages of start-up, we are very excited about our progress and potential.
